The Fund’s investment objective is to generate superior shareholder returns through long-term capital appreciation, by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of primary and secondary transactions on the Private Equity and Private Debt markets, directly or indirectly through Target Funds.
Additionally, based on an opportunistic approach on the private equity and private debt markets, the Fund will also consider direct investments, ensuring they comply with the investment strategy of the Fund, which would be selected during the investment period.
Direct Investments might include direct equity, mezzanine tranches, non performing loans and/or co-investments, consistent with the Fund’s investment profile and investment horizon.
