FUND FEATURES
Banor Private Opportunites (BPO) is a closed-end Fund, whose investment objective is to generate superior shareholder returns through long-term capital appreciation, by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of primary and secondary transactions on the Private Equity and Private Debt markets, directly or indirectly through Target Funds.
The fund is also investing directly (direct equity, mezzanine tranches, non performing loans and co-investments), in line with the global strategy of the fund.
Banor Private Opportunities is actively managed by the fund manager, within the stated investment objective. The fund manager can take decisions on the portfolio composition, without any benchmark constraints, in this way allowing investors to take advantage of several private equity solutions through a single investment instrument.
STRATEGY
BPO Fund invests in a highly diversified portfolio in terms of:
- Asset classes: Buyout, Venture Capital, Growth Equity, Secondary, Private Debt & Distressed Opportunities, Co-Investments & Direct Equity
- Geographical exposure: Mainly exposed in Europe and the United States, the fund also invests in Asia and to a lesser extent in Canada
- Currency: Fund denominated in EUR and strategically exposed also in USD
