Banor Tech Growth (BTG) Fund is a closed-end fund for professional investors with the objective of generating higher returns for shareholders by investing in a diversified portfolio of private equity market transactions, with a specific focus on technology sectors.

Banor Tech Growth is actively managed by the fund manager, within the stated investment objective. The fund manager can take decisions on the portfolio composition, without any benchmark constraints, in this way allowing investors to take advantage of several private equity solutions through a single investment instrument.

STRATEGY

BTG’s strategy focuses on the creation of a portfolio of private equity solutions focused on high-tech industries, such as software, hardware, fin-tech, artificial intelligence, robotics, e-commerce, electric vehicles, intelligent energy, software-as-a-service. BTG invests only in top-performers of the selected target sector.

The aim is to create a single investment instrument, which, due to a high diversification and a strategically focused geographical exposure both in the United States and in Europe, generates a return higher than what can be achieved by investing individually in each solution, at the same time reducing the risks for investors.
